WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship pan India.
The product(s) take anywhere between 3-10 business working days (Monday –Friday) to reach you depending on your location. This excludes weekends and any Indian Public holidays. As soon as we ship your order, we will notify you and you may track your order thereon.
Express deliveries take 3-5 business working days (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and any Indian Public holidays. (Not offered currently)
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
RETURN, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICY
You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s) and return the same within 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have passed since the day you receive the product(s), unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange of any kind.
- The size received does not fit you
- You are not happy with the quality of the product
- You have received an incomplete or wrong order
- The product is defective.
Incase of a return, you may choose the same item in a different size/colour (subject to availibility) or any other item of the same value or more. You will have to pay a price differential if the new item selected is of a higher value. We will ship the product only after the payment is received.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- The item must be returned with original packaging
- The labels/tags must be intact
- Your item must be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition
- If the return request is made outside the specified time frame, it will not be entertained
- There is no refund or exchange on discounted products

Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product. Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business working days for our team to get back to you to tell you the procedure to follow.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the original amount paid.
Refunds Will Be Processed Within 5-7 Business working days
You can cancel your order by mailing us at email@example.com on the website itself until the product is shipped. However, in the event that the product has been shipped already, we will have to deduct the shipping cost from the reimbursement amount to reimburse us for the shipping cost. The balance will be refunded to you.
We accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, and Net banking.
